We are a Direct Marketing and Leaflet Distribution Company based in Wakefield and are looking for a printing company to handle all our clients materials. We do not offer a printing service as part of our business but for the last year have passed our clients on to numerous companies in and around the county. As our client base is expanding and we are taking on more contracts weekly, we are looking for a reputable company that we can work solely with to fulfil our clients printing needs. The vast majority of material is a small A5 glossy leaflet with company information, brightly coloured with company branding, very simple. We also deal with restaurant menus, business cards, product catalogues, A4 company letterheads, A5 postcards and very occasionally company brochures and catalogues.
We always place a minimum order of 1000 copies but on average it is more in the region of 5000 – 10000 with the odd higher order every now and then. We place fortnightly orders and all materials are delivered to our warehouse. Price always differs depending on the companies we choose so were not really looking for the cheapest supplier but more the best quality and a company who is able to deliver on time and has the facilities to accommodate these kinds of materials.
In the past we have had affiliate schemes with suppliers and this is something that would be a necessity, we are not looking into large discounts but would appreciate a small referral fee of around 1-2% of the total order value so approx £2 saving in every £100 spent which we hope you will agree is fair. All clients will be passed directly to your company and you will be responsible for all contact with the client including invoicing and settling the balance. We will have no further involvement in the printing process once the client has been referred and will wait for the works to be complete before collecting the materials for dispatch.
