Accommodation software

Hi,

I have been sitting on a pretty good local domain for a few years, I mention about local accommodation Twitter today reminded me I should do something with my domain.

The question, I want to run a local accommodation directory for B&B's, Hotels, Campsites etc. Can anyone recomend a good and easy to use/install piece of software that I can use for this please? ideally opensource/free.
