Hi,

Hi, my company runs competitions with lucrative prizes where entry to the competitions is anything between £20 - £50.

We want to offer vouchers to each person that enters the competition such as "£10 off any order over £100 with xxxxxx". We have spoke to some merchants and they are interested in it, does anyone know if there will be any problems on the legal side, operating like this?

If you are running a bona fide competition (asx opposed to merely giving a discount) then you will need to obtain a licence.
