Following responsibilities were done working as a Finance Officer/Assistant Accountant in past 5 years
· Prepare Purchase and Sales ledgers
· Prepare prepayments, Accruals and VAT reports
· Chase the debtors and make payments to creditors
· Bank reconciliation
· Carried out Inventory analysis and maintain fixed asset register
· Prepare employee salary reports for the year end
· Prepare cash flow statements and trial balance
· Ensure all control and balance sheet accounts balances match back to the balance in the database.
· Prepare Income statements and Balance sheet.
· Carry out the budget control and variance analysis
· Analysed the company sales contracts and carried out the analysis
· Analysed the monthly income and expenditure and providing daily and monthly financial performance report.
· Investigating the previous foreign currency deals (Swaps, Futures and forward contracts) and enter in to the new system.
· Carrying out Cross Currency analysis
· Carried out fact finding exercise for the legal experts.
