Yep! There's another arguement about banners somewhere, but why not get rid of the banners and make a page completely dedicated to banners?

Then charge x amount per month to have it on that page. And rotate the banners around so that each gets a turn at the top. Or how about a 'member of the month'?

I have to agree. If the advertising rates were more accessible there would be a lot more enquiries.

The problem with this is the current pricing structure may be a little off-putting..

Thats okay. I have to agree and say that if all the members had banners in their signature then this place will have too much advertising..

I still think if we knew what the pricing structure was, maybe there would be more takers. Obviously we would all like to see visitor stats etc also.

I have no objection to paying a 'token' fee for my banner. But somewhere along the line I think one has to appreciate the fine balance of 'services rendered' like the fine, concise, informative and totally unbiased information some of us offer, compared with a couple of square centimetres of web space. :wink:

Hi Guys,
I'm actually going to get an advertising page added to the menu at the top of these forums, and all advertising "might" be handled and managed by an advertising agency I've been speaking to.

For now, please PM me with your email address and I'll email you the new revised and cheaper rate card ;)
