Just a quick question though, would a customer have to come to your address to collect a vehicle or go to where the vehicles are available from?

Thanks Gina...Hi mud-stx. We try to be as flexible as possible with our customers and will arrange delivery of the hire vehicle to the customer's home or business or to the designated airport or hotel wherever possible - delivery is free of charge also! However, some of our suppliers do not offer the foc delivery service and customers would need to collect their hire vehicle from the supplier's depot. That said, we tailor the service to each individual customer and will do what we need to to meet their requirements. We have even collected one customer in the past and taken her to the suppliers because she couldn't make up her mind which model of car she preferred!!! I have a firm working on our online marketing and am also obviously marketing the business through a variety of channels locally.
