First off, I do not work for Matrixx!
Like the Honda advert says, "isn't it great when things just... work".
Today I was having the day from hell. We do a bit of web design here and there for the odd client (obviously no-where near in the same league as you dedicated web design companies, we only do only an incy bit). :D
We have one particular client who we have been having all kinds of problems with when it comes to sorting out the legacy of his last domain name and hosting purchaser, who messed him about.
Today we found out that the original hosting company has gone tits up and things started to look a bit dodgy. One call to Rob at Matrixx and everything was sorted in literally 5 mins.
The thing is, he does not realise how much he helped us and did it all so matter-of-factly.
So Rob, thanks very much and if anyone is ever looking where to get their hosting from, go see him.
I am off for a lie down!
