Have been trading as a Partnership since Feb 09, accounts complete and tax returns submitted for the period of Feb 09 - April 09. Now we incorporated in June 09. For accounting purposes, can we continue to trade as a partnership on the accounts until the end of this tax year, then transfer the partnership to LTD as at the 1st April 10?
