Write to your MP:

this is very easy to do, I urge all of you who understand and are concerned about this to take the 2 minutes it takes to contact your MP via the 38 degrees system.

My sodding MP is standing down (Margaret "Dry Rot" Moran), having been caught over the expenses scandle. Since then no one has seen her in public, nor at her office ever, so I don't think using the site above to email her is going to do much good.

Don't you love our representative system.

Done.

And this is not the only law this govt has slipped through that turns the principle of innocent until proven guilty on its head.

It really is frightening how many fundamental rights are being taken away with seemingly no resistance, and power being invested in petty officials.

I'll await the chorus of "Nothing to hide, nothing to fear".
