I supply Oil rebottled and labelled for resale myself.

Question is what do I have to state on the bottle such as the contents list and volume of oil?

Also the oil comes from an organic certified plant (Soil Association & California Certified Organic Farmers US accredited).
Can I state that the oil is organic or do I have to have the oil recertified or is there another way to say that the oil is organic without recertification in my own right as this is very expensive to do?

Can anyone help me with my queries above?

As you do not appear to 'manufacture' the product, it will be the manufacturer's responsibility to accurately describe the product. I suggest you contact your supplier in the first instance

Ask your local trading standards - they can be very helpful in these situations.

Have a look at www.ctpa.org.uk specifically 'Cosmetics regulations'

There is strict legal requirements for labelling cosmetic products (massage oil is classed as a cosmetic product)

I think you need to have the product recertified by the UK soil assocation, just have a look on their website for more info regarding labelling things 'organic'
