Raising Finance.

I have started a new job and I am looking at raising some finance. I have secured 2 good contracts but obviously being a new co we have no trading history so cannot open an account.
We have tried to get a deposit but for obvious reasons our clients will not pay but they will pay on delivery of materials. So first day on site. We do specialist construction. We have an order and at the moment and email from their bank saying they will pay direct.
Would welcome any advice.
