View Full Version : I've just tried the 3-Day Diet and it REALLY WORKS!!

This particular diet is being promoted by one of our local BBC radio stations.

If you follow this diet plan exactly as stated, you will lose up to 10lbs in just 3 days!

This diet is used for 3 days at a time, and works on a chemical breakdown, which is proven to give results.

You can eat as normal in between, as long as you are sensible about it.

You should lose up to 40lbs in one month if you stick to it on a weekly basis!

All that is required, is to send them an A4 envelope with two first class stamps attached. They will in return send you the complete diet plan, and a pedometer. ALL FREE OF CHARGE!!

I have an even easier method - dont eat for a few weeks, guaranteed to make you lose weight AND save you money on food.

For all those doubters!

I (and my wife) started the diet on Sunday through to Tuesday. By Tuesday morning I had lost 4lb. After completing the diet, and upon weighing myself this morning I had lost a total of 6lbs.

I started weighing 11 stone 3 pounds...this afternoon (after eating normally, but sensibly today) I weighed 10 stone 11 lbs. I went for a 4 1/2 mile run this afternoon, and now weigh 10 stone 10 lbs :D

And before you all say it's only water, I drank lots and lots of boiled water throughout.

If your still interested....it'll cost you now :twisted:

Take it from me Dan...it has worked for me, see my previous post above.

We'll be doing it again this week (Sat, Sun, Mon) and I'm actually looking forward to it.

Make sure you only drink one cup of tea/coffee with each meal, as suggested. Drink as much water as you like in between, especially to stave off any hunger.

If you've got the willpower and determination, you'll lose the weight!
