Looking to hire an inhouse SEO

Just after a bit of help as to where is best to advertise for an inhouse SEO specialist? Any websites in particular? Where would an SEO specialist be looking for a job? :|

i have recently been looking for an seo to join our team, and i have found recruitment agencies that specialise in seo / IT very helpful. The tend to have access to the major job board cv's and are calling anyone with the experience, and other things that i have told them to look out for.

however they will give you a few weak cv's too, but you just have to put them in their place and tell them you wont accept a school leaver that has done a GCSE in "call of duty" ha ha ha.

do this and you will get some good, bad, and ugly cv's but worth doing.
