Hi,

hmm, don't know her, but popular demand means that Jacqui is the winner. :D
Just a thought, with printing costs being so cheap nowadays why not do a slightly smaller run. I find that this way if you don't get the response rate you hoped for you are not then stuck with a load of leaflets that don't work... you can tweak and amend them slightly so that you can get best results.
Just a thought, hope it helps.

Why not get three lots of leaflets, with different e-mail addresses printed on each leaflet, that way you can try out three different styles and see which ones bring in the most responses?

Have you got your flyers sorted yet?
Just joined the forum - we design flyers at really competitive prices.
We've just recently distributed 3000 of our own leaflets to domestic customers, which didn't cost too much.
Let me know
Cheers

Hi Trace. what's your response rate been like to date? I'm on the verge of doing similar myself.
Cheers, Nigel

Its either all or nothing.
January was shockingly dead for call-outs from the leaflet drops, but is now picking up fine.
We've been putting out leaflets to domestic homes since about March last year. I would say we've managed to hit the 1-2% return but you can't always measure over how long a period that will take.
For example, we've had a good response from our local village, above the 1-2% average, but it has taken a good 9 months to get going. I think word of mouth has helped as well.
I really do believe you need to look at your market in detail. We were wanting to hit your more affluent areas for house leaflet dropping and even used Googe Earth (which is great) to spot areas that show detached and semi-detached estates.
What is it that you're promoting through your leaflets?
Hope this helps
Thanks
Tracey
