if you type your request in google quite a lot of sites come up - some are not so good but some are helpful. Try this one for example......contractcalculator.co.uk - click on more articles and you will see invoice templates.
(sorry - i cant link you straight to it at moment)
If you scroll down you will see a word and an excel template you can use.
If you struggle to find it let me know.
