I've been following the bird flu issue and I'm beginning to wonder if my small business can weather a scare or an actual pandemic that would shut me down for more than a month.

Is anyone else thinking about this issue?

I'm followng this blog (http://crofsblogs.typepad.com/h5n1/), this info site (http://www.fluwikie.com), and this opinion site (http://www.birdfluinsider.com/Opinion.html)

Unfortunately my company would actually increase with such a disaster in this country or in deed any country. All precautions would be taken to protect my teams as we enter the towns and cities and assist any medical evacuation and aid relief efforts.

I think it really would depend on the business type and product offered.

My business would suffer through lack of cashflow, but we would come out the otherside ready to pick up were we left it.

Our servers are both in the UK and USA - if push came to shove we would fly to the USA and run Matrixx from there.
