I have no idea how i ended up listening to the BBC World Service (im a hip 29 year old for god sakes:eek:) but there was an intersting report about someone taking Google to some european court, i think it was the competition courts or something, i forget. Anyway, they had some expert on there saying that if, and its a big if, G get brought before the courts they may have to give out some of the secrets that make up how they get search results. Could be a very interesting story to follow over the ext few months or also a big wet fish:D

A typical bunch of businesses spitting their dummies out because they aren't getting what they want in the search results.

They dont stand a chance, my mate Bob Massa sued google over his company loosing tens of millions of $$$$$ after google dumped his site (searchking). Just do a search.

Google won their case as it was decided that the google algorithm is a trade secret and too sensitive to be discussed in open or closed court.

End of story

Oh, other than one of the two companies bringing the action are owned by Microsoft :D
