Spot on! Hard work but very rewarding! We are run 100% by volunteers and are in the middle of a really exciting project at the moment. We are going to publish an international family cook book, full of healthy recipes from around the world.

We are also working on increasing our presence on social networking sites, as well as generating more traffic to our website.
