Website needed

I'm looking to create a website, I have been playing around with Artsteer for designing the site and then using Microsoft expression web 3 to add the content (or trying)

The problem I'm having it I have no knowledge of HTML or CSS language and this is obviously a big hinderence for what I want,

If I were to do the design aspect of the website using Artisteer (is this a good idea?) Would anybody be happy to give me a quote to put the content into the website for me and add the other aspects of the website that I need.

Dave,

If your using Artisteer - export the file as a WORDPRESS zipped file.
Install wordpress, upload the theme file.
Add your content via the wordpress CMS.

If you don't want to use the blog - deactivate it.
