Hello all, Can anyone advise a good UK based/ friendly ecommerce solution.

I am currently with buyitsellit but im looking to move.

However I ideally would like my new provider to move lock stock and barrel for me as im not html savvy :|

As my items are all one offs, easy product adding is essential as are a minimum of 10 images per product.

Im not looking for the cheapest, I would like a stable easy platform to sell from.
Thank you :)

Hi vwdolly

I am more than happy to give a completely independent recommendation to EROL. We have been using their software since 2004 and we have been more than happy with both the s/w itself and the service given by the support staff. Both of the sites linked from the signature below have been built using their platform.

I hope that helps.

If you need someone to design and build the site in to a new platform, set up your Payment-solution and give you back a 'fully-working' store so you can focus on running your business we can certainly offer this. We have a full in-house design team.

For details of our Design & Build services please see www . erol . co . uk and visit 'WebDesign' in the 'Services' page.

We can also offer Hosting if required.

If you would like to discuss further with no obligation please feel free to call in on 0845 072 6060.

Thanks,
EROL.

Morning VWDolly...

To allow more accurate responses, would you be kind enough to answer the following; if not, worry not either...;)

How many products will your catalogue hold
Do you have a merchant account
Do you take payments online and over the phone
How old is your domain
How often do you add new products
How often do you ad specials
How often would the static content be updated
Is your GEO target UK or global
Do your costings allow for outsourced management
Are your domains registered in your name
Is your current catalogue stored electronically (csv, excel etc)
What is your timeframe for completion
What would you like to the store to do (special features such as online order tracking, order history, order processing notifications, wishlist etc for your customers)

This should allow someone to pop in and give helpful guidance instead of 'we can do this...'

How do they know they can do it if they do not know what you want ;)

Regards
Daren
