Hi All,

I have just heard from Ravenfire that when she clicks on my 'Online Store' tab in my navigation that it takes her straight to her site!! I have no idea why this would happen and when I tried it, my site was fine.

She runs competitions from on her site monthly and I send her over a page of info, but surely that shouldn't make any difference?!?!

Anyway, please could you go to my homepage - http://www.bitsnstuff.co.uk and click on the 'Online Store' tab on the left hand navigation box and let me know where you end up??!!

Thank you very much for your help.

Kate

Thank you very much for doing that. That is where you are supposed to end up and where I arrived too.

She has me an a right flappy panic, as she said that someone on her site clicked on my site and and it went back to Mumszone, the Ravenfire tried it and it did the same.

Any ideas why this would happen?

Kate

Possibly clicked the 'back' button on the browser...

Or she clicked a link on your links page if it is there

I've just run a check over all your home page links and there's no problems Kate. Put it down to user error, you can relax then :-)

One of Ozzy's clients had a similar type of problem when clicking on quickformations which took him to a competitors website.
(there was a thread on it somewhere deep in the past).

It only happened to the client who did not have firewall and AV software.

Might be worth asking Ozzy what the problem was :)

Is her site Actinic too? Maybe there is some bizarre caching going on?

She has now cleared her cache and rebooted and it has stopped!?

So, wierd though as it was also happening to two of her forum members??

Thank you all for checking though - much appreciated.
