How long would it take to implement google checkout into a website like sagepay.

I don't know specifically about Sagepay but to implement a shopping cart facility through Google would take a few hours to a couple of days depending on your requirements.

I tend to suggest using Paypal over Google checkout as the last time I checked it was said that conversion rates tended to be higher with Paypal.

Hard to say without seeing the site in question or knowing more detail about how you want it to work.

Have you got a site in mind that you need this for?
