Hi,
just short question. For how much GBP do you think I can sell domain recruit-easy.com?
To be realistic, do you think can be 120 GBP? Where is best place to try sell it?

Well first of all try using GBP instead of $'s, this is a UK business forum after all. Try putting it on eBay and see how the bids go.

I corrected into GBP:)
But do you think that price can be ok?

Ho much traffic does the domain currently get? Is it indexed by the search engines? Ids there a site with content to go with it?
These are all factors that will affect the domain value. The fact that it has a hyphen in it will reduce the value immediately I'm afraid...

IMHO I don't think it's worth anything, only what you paid for it. Your best bet is to build a site on it.

Yea and the relevance. If no-one's looking to set up an 'easy recruiting' business, it won't take off at all. Your best bet is eBay!

Hi fruttollo,
NB for all reading (Although this a UK forum, the default currency for dealing with domains is the almighty dollar, excluding .uk which should be discussed in GBP. If you having difficulties keeping up use xe.com)
OK i like recrui.it,
not instantlly worth cash, but has branding potential, possibly for IT recruitment pecialist. The problem being the .it confusion that holds it back.
At present I would look at say a max of $100 as I like it but you could get more from someone who really really wants it (no pun intended). If you develop, even as a a simple directory of IT recruitment firms you could at o's to that value.

Fruttolo,
You are in Italy - we have a number of hoops to jump through before being able to register .IT domains over here - one of the rules is residence in Italy (I believe although it's a while since I checked)

hi Rob,
good point but this is easily got around.
Ringtones.It for example.
There are many agents that facilitae domain ownershipm in countries that require the business to be located in that country.

Guys, thanks for your appreciated feedbacks!
I really like recru.it
in just one simple domain name it contains both recruit and information technology meanings.. which is not that bad, they match togheter 8)
Regarding italian domains registrations...
Since 15 December 1999 all individuals or companies belonging to a country of the European Union can register domain names under .IT.
Those in the posession of a VAT-number can register an unlimited of domain names.
Individuals an the other hand can register only 1 domain name under .IT
But I dont know about countries outside EU...
