Virtual Warehouse / Order Fulfillment

Hi,

I'm a sole trader, i run an increasingly busy e-commerce website. Volume of orders has increased year on year and i'm now finding it difficult to manage my time effectively and grow the business at the same time.

I need to spend much less time on order picking, packing and posting and more time over seeing the business as a whole. Taking on staff wouldn't be financially viable, so i'm looking into virtual warehouse and order fulfillment for e-commerce solutions.

Im keen to hear peoples experiences.

We specialise in performance related aftermarket car parts. Most of what we carry (the vast majority) is sent via Royal Mail as a large letter or small packet and we distribute within the UK and Europe. Some heavier parts are sent via courier, but we very rarely deal with over sized or fragile parcels.
