Hello guys,
I was in UK before few years and i have a UK bank account and NI number. I want to ask you, can i earn money and send it to my UK bank account if i am not VAT registed? The money will come from an affiliate company in Germany. If yes which is the maximum amount i can earn without to be VAT registered? Sorry i dont know how the system works in UK and any help will be highly appreciated.
Thanks a lot

There are so many variables to this that it is impossible to say.
'possibly, for potenially an unlimited amount' is the best answer I can give without knowing more.

1. What are you selling (or more importantly, what do you do to earn this 'income')?
2. Who are you selling it to?. Are you selling in the UK/Germany/further away?. Are the customers other businesses or are they not businesses (general public)?
Where are you based and are you connected to the affiliate German company?.

I have a website and i use this German company to promote other websites. An example is i promote a airlines and for every ticket is sold through my website i get a comission.
I dont have a base as i travel around.

Earlier, you weren't talking about 'earning' you were talking about "transferring from your associate company".
On the face of it, if the money has been subject to all german taxes (inc VAT) then this money can be transferred into the UK without any further obligation.
There are MANY variables here, and if the amount is as large as you claim, then you would benefit from some specialist advice - around compliance in both UK and Deutschland.

No, unfortunatelly the amount is not that much:) i wrote this like an example in the sentense "...for potenially an unlimited amount' "
So, as i dont live in the UK i dont need to declare the amount i receive?

If the money is legit in Germany (tax and vat paid) and is transferred between your accounts, then I dont see a reason for this to be a problem.
However, if you cant prove the origin of money or payment of taxes then you leave yourself at Taxmans mercy.
