Have any of you or your clients been approached by a company introducing themselves as Google Chrome? One of mine has - they were selling him Google Adwords.
There seems to be a wave of new businesses selling G Ads for a monthly fee (£149 seems popular) with a limit of 5 or 7 keywords.
They wouldn't allow him to amend his keywords or cancel after 30 days. Has anyone else had experience with these, good or bad?

They're almost all scammers. Many of them claim to be part of google or partners of google.
There have been a large number of threads about these sorts of things over the last couple of years. People being ripped off, people trying to cancel but they can't... all the usual sleazy stuff.
I'd go as afar a saying that anyone thinking about using PPC for their business should read "Adwords for Dummies". Even if you plan to oursource your PPC, it's worth taking a couple of hours to read/skim through it.
It'll innoculate you against the sleazy end of the PPC services market, allow you to understand what your PPC person is proposing, give you some good ideas about internet marketing strategy... and much more.
Well worth a small investment of time and money.
Just my 2p,
