Merchant account that can also be used with a terminal

I currently pay a monthly fee for both paypal pro and then HSBC for a physical terminal.

Are there any accounts out there that would combine the two.

PayPal pro gives a VT

There is a VT available with HSBC I was looking at it but started with PayPal as I knew PayPal better.

I was planning to switch to HSBC for all transactions because of PayPal's 15% rolling reserve on top of the transaction fee.
