Stallholders are NOT expected to donate any of their profits to chariy- Just pay £10 per stall to cover my costs of hall hire.
I raise the funds through selling, teas and coffees, from my own merchandise and donations on the day from visiting public, also from Tombolas and side show games etc... Hope this makes sense. Thank you for reading my post!

Hi Aileen
I have a company called maccessori which makes various Harris Tweed and leather gifts and accessories and would be interested in the various retail gift shows you have mentioned around Scotland.
We are a relatively new company and looking for more ways to get some brand awareness out to the public.
If you need any more info on my company then let me know.

have you tried advertising your events on stall finder they advertise your events for free and for stall holders they charge £10.00 a year this as been one of the best ways down south for organizers and traders also what about net mums they are also free to advertise hope this helps and for new traders look for public liberality insurance try market traders fedartaion
