Hi
I am an ex MYOB customer, and need an accounting system. I don't need stock modules, or really purchasing or Sales. The accounting itself is lovely and straight forward. (But do need statutory reporting bits if available).
Have been talking to Mamut today to get a code for an only MYOB file and had a look around the basic manut product. The salesman was very dormant.
So, just wondering if anyone used the mamut products and liked them.
For information - I detest sage, far too long winded for what I do. Ditto MS accounting, and Kashflow, although I do like, it's just not intuitative for me as a trained accountant that thinks in debits and credits and journals. All I want to be able to do is quickly bash in the transactions.
VT - yep, I quite like, but feel that £200 is quite a lot in comparison to comparable products (need VT transaction, vt cashbook doesn't have the journal bit).
Thanks
Sandra
