When you buy toys for your children or grandchildren or even for yourself  where do you normally buy them?

I've bought a few "toy" related items. First port of call would be, of course, eBay, then somewhere like possibly Firebox or similar.

They are for small boys too - and maybe even girls!

I used to buy and build alot model cars. Just the small ones that sit on the window ledge, not racing ones. It was cheaper for me to buy them on Ebay off a guy in Singapore and get them shipped to the UK than it was to buy from specialist model shops in the UK.

Yeah it sometimes works out cheaper that way, fortunately most of the stuff i sell is not on Ebay. I even tried putting some on myself but the take up rate is low.

My first stop is always the internet, followed if necessary by local shops, including international big boys.
