Hi,

Will I need terms and conditions for my new art web site? If so, can I use my bowbiz one or do you have to have different ones?

Oh and if forgotten anything else, please say.

Thank You

Jayne :D

If you're selling things yes - even basic ones would re-assure people a little

Someone like Worldpay only wants to see a return and a refunds policy - they can be 1 line each!

Have a look at the paypal site for the sort of thing they would like displayed!

I will have a look, thanks. I want it all to be legal, I didn't think it would matter for a few paintings, but I will do one.

If you are selling a few paintings (but not directly on-line) you can do simple terms and conditions, or the minimum would be to state "paintings sold subject to terms and conditions"

If you are going to sell online, with credit/debit card then a more comprehensive set will be required

I'm going to have a go at doing some myself, should be fun
