Hi Guys!!

We have completed a few updates to our website, in regards to our Terms and Conditions page.

We have hired a graphics designer to produce a logo and flash banner at the top of the page also!

We are due to alter the colour of the website, so that it is not as bright and harsh on the eye.

We would love to hear more comments from you guys, on ways in which we could improve our site.

It is located here - www.happydayz4u.co.uk (http://www.happydayz4u.co.uk/)

Please have a look and give us your ideas, on ways in which we could improve it.

All ideas are taken on board, and most of which are acted upon!!

We really do appreciate it guys!!

Kind Regards.

I think, although not 100% sure, that T&C need to be in two stages - the terms on which someone uses and accesses your website, and separate terms for buying from the site (terms of trade).

id you get your legal stuff from one of the template websites or were they custom made? I need some generic T&C for my site and I'm not overly enthralled about relying on a google search to select a firm from which to purchase such things!

Just a couple of things that immediately jump out

Background far too bright, more use of pastel colours needed
CSS code is better in a separate .css file - makes pages quicker to load
Ditto for javascript - .js file
Search engines like CSS/HTML valid sites. Looks like you're not far off.

Get links to your site, submit an XML sitemap to google if you haven't already for traffic.

Apart from that, the functionality and ease of use is good. Some people prefer full screen pages but it's more a personal preference.
