Visa Debit Card

Hello people, i currently bank with HSBC and have a Maestro debit card but i am trying to set up and account with stormpay and online money transfer and they requie a Visa Debit card to use stormpay.

How do i go about geting a Visa Debit Card

Open a second bank account, Lloyds TSB do a visa debit card.
