I'm looking to start selling tickets online, but I can't find any for mobile commerce options, even based on stuff like Zen, os commerce and Magento (searched for ages, all I could find were scripts to redirect you to your mobile site... doesn't seem like there are anything these potential 'mobile' sites could be based on?!).
I had a look through the forum but all I could find were a couple of discussions about whether mobile commerce is going to take off :). Does anyone know of a good solution that I've missed?

I've been loooking at this too, all i can find is scripts to identify iphone for example which then changes the css to make the site more manageable.

Stop!
Firstly - go and talk to some payment gateways and merchant account providers. The retentions that these companies take in this industry is MASSIVE. Tens to hundreds of thousands of pounds.
There is a reason why this market is concetrated in a few large suppliers.

It's not the mobile commerce bit that that the problem. It's the "selling tickets online" option.

I've not got into mobile selling personally but with modern mobile browsers, could you not just use os commerce, magneto, cubecart etc and create a very basic template, cutting out all the unneccessary content and just use that as your mobile store?

yes you can, but an even better way is to use a cart that already has a theme and script already integrated
