I moved my main site from Easily to my art host Asmallorange everything looked fine except I found out my emails are being bounced (no idea why all my other accounts work).

It's too difficult to explain but I can log into the email account and send mail out but any inbound is bounced, try emailing william@impact-imaging.biz and see if the delivery message give you any clues to what is wrong.

Hi William - I just emailled you and it bounced with..

A message that you sent could not be delivered to one or more of its
recipients. This is a permanent error. The following address(es) failed:

william@impact-imaging.biz
SMTP error from remote mailer after RCPT TO:<william@impact-imaging.biz>:
host ns1.asmallorange.com [69.56.131.114]: 550-securenetwork4.com (srv01.securenetwork4.com) [67.30.130.244] is currently
550-not permitted to relay through this server. Perhaps you have not logged
550-into the pop/imap server in the last 30 minutes or do not have SMTP
550 Authentication turned on in your email client.

I'll run a few more tests

ok - I reckon it's a dns issue.

If you've just changed your host then things are probably still resonling over.

Have a look here: http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=impact-imaging.biz

In fact I'm pretty sure of this - half your records are showing as easilies records and half are pointing to a datacentre in the states!

IF you've only just changed DNS then patience and it should resolve itself OR if you haven't then maybe try contacting your new host Sunday afternoons is a great time to test someones customer services!

Hi Rob

Many thanks I did the change over on the 31st Dec that should have been sufficient time (I would have thought) but this is way over my head.

I added the following:

NAMESERVER INFORMATION:
ns1.asmallorange.com
ns2.asmallorange.com

to easily.co.uk through the DNS administration panel prior to the swap but this has not been reflected in the report you got ????

I have asked the question but still no reply.

You are very welcome.

Hi William,

No I don't think so.

It's likely your datacentre will have to set this up for you - I suggest contacting asmallorange.
