Obvious answer here is bank overdraft, as it sounds like a 'dip-in' facility.
Your bank will want security, though.

have you thought of high street banks to get your funding?

I was recently in the same position as you, looking for funding and wondering which bank to approach. I 'interviewed' several bank managers and eventually settled on Natwest. They offer free banking and are owned by RBS who are currently under pressure from the government to lend more money to businesses, so you may find it easier to get a loan from them. I got a business loan with a very good rate (less than 7%) and I didn't have to show them my business plan (although I do have one).

Tony, did you not post in another thread that you had also received a business loan from Nat West - you are fortunante into days financial climate to be getting so many business loans...and not even asking for a business plan.
You should market your strategy;)

Just the one loan, although I did mention it in multiple threads. I guess the strategy would be to have a good business idea and come across well when you meet the bank manager.
If you do things properly then there is no reason the banks won't lend to you. I reckon a lot of the talk about banks not lending in this 'economic climate' is repeated by people who don't actually try to apply for a loan and just enjoy adding to the hype.

Sorry Tony, I misread your posting - and the fact that NW are RBS, my mistake.
It is nice to hear that people are still getting business loans.
I have to say I went to the NW and saw their business manager, he could not have been more helpful (went that extra mile) and made me feel comfortable talking to him.
Nice to hear that all is not such doom and gloom.

Er no!! A lot of people applying at present have high expectations based on past lending by the banks and are not realistic, that is why they say they can't get a loan, plus also the amount you apply for is also dependenable on ease of getting it - and this from someone who finds money for a living, so kind of think I might know what I am talking about!
