if you have any PR or Marketing copy that could benefit other site users that would be good as you can increase your brand recognition rather than just being thrown in with the link partners section

As Tin said, we've recently discussed reciprocal linking and it's value.

If you want inbound links for free your best place to submit to is online directories. If you go here (http://www.matthewkerry.com/directories.html) you find an Excel spreadsheet containing links to over 250 online directories. All the directories offer:

Free submittal
No registration required
No reciprocal links required
A link to your site in search engine friendly plain text

It's alot of donkey work, but it's a good way to gain valuable inbound links to your site.
