Hi,
I am in the unfortunate position of being the sole director of a solvent Ltd company where the majority shareholder has been convicted of fraud. Due to this reason alone the company's 2 bankers Barclays and Natwest have withdrawn their facilities and told me to bank somewhere else. Since then I have tried without success to apply to over 5 different high street banks and building societies with the same answer.
Does anyone know of any bank/building soc who would consider the siutation or takes a more sympathic view of the company’s position, all I need is a basic chequing account with no overdraft/loan/credit whatsoever. Any help/advice greatly appreciated.
