Does anyone know of any PSPs that offer a completely invisible integration?
Im currently with secpay but I think it dents conversions a bit having to send them to another site.

You can usually integrate most PSP's - perhaps you need to enquire with SecPay (sometimes it requires an upgrade to your account and you'll probably need to set up a Secure Socket layer and static IP address)

I'm not sure it does, but would be really interested if it did.
Will you report back once you've changed with how much your conversion rate changed, please!!

In theory I think its worth a test.
We have had a couple of emails in the past from users concerned about the address being different.
Anyone know any providers that offer this? I think streamline are setting this up some time in the future.

If the secpay page is in your style, and you have some secure hosting, how about simply putting the secpay bit in a whole page frame (obviously it must be secure space) then the URL seen will be on your site

Hi Hairsoup.
We're also with Secpay, their payment page has been integrated into our website, so it looks like you're still with SilverpureSilver (thats still the address). However, it prevents the customer using the 'back' button on their browser, and more importantly, there is no https or padlock on the page (maybe that's just the way ours has been set up - I don't know!!).
We're looking a Protx as our new designers have nothing positive to say about Secpay . . . .

Just had a deeper look at the secpay site and found that they do offer this to high volume merchants.

Yep, I second (or third?) ProTX.
And changing this WILL have a positive effect on your conversion ratios.

From a security point of view ... ;)
.... SecPay are the only real choice, and the only PSP that I will refer to clients.
They are certified to level 1 (highest) of the payment cards industry standards, to my knowledge none of the competing services have attained this.
Hairsoup, if you are considering this you will need to get PCI certified. At the lowest level this costs around £350 a year. It involves a simple questionnaire. PM me if you need any help with this.

we use SecPay too - you can easily create a template that looks just like your main site.
SecPay provide a small amount of space so you can upload templates to their server - you'll also need to upload any graphics too, otherwise customers will get a warning message, but it can be integrated quite well.
hope this is of help
best regards

Have a look at Pay-World .co.uk
I was looking for a flexible payment service provider and their online chat team was extremly helpful, i copied some text off their site to give you an idea of what they do...
PayWorld can offer many different and bespoke payment solutions to a variety of low to high risk businesses worldwide in a variety of ecommerce sectors including Online Pharmacy, MOTO, Retail, Adult, Replica, Travel as well as offshore merchant accounts.
PayWorld also offers Virtual Terminals and a Payment Gateway for website integeration, so you can take payments real time as well as offline.
PayWorld can provide competitive discount rates from 1.8%, flexible merchant account soloutions that suit everyones needs.
-----------------
And another thing, When you apply a PayWorld representive will help you every step of the way to help you get a merchant account and get it fully integrated.
hope this helps

I would recommend SecureTrading. Most of my clients have moved over to ST because of problems with Protx since Sage took them over - no change there then.
SecureTrading support is good and answer questions quickly and efficently. Plus there open 6am until 11pm GMT so if you have any suspicious transactions they can usually help.
