Stop an email message!

hello
Does anyone know how to stop an email in Outlook in the outgoing folder that is on the process of being sent/transmitted?

I have a very large email which seems to be stuck in my email outbook that i need to cancel - I have tried moving/deleting etc but get a message saying it cannot do it because transmission has started!

Hi,

If you are unable to used any of those options, just disconnect the network cable
and outlook should stop communication with your exchange servers..

After run scan.pst (or scan.ost if you are on an exchange server). Search for the file as its location can vary. This is worth doing from time to time anyway as the pst files can easily become corrupted.

got it sorted now - I went offline and then deleted it - that did the trick
