Hi

I bought in November 2009 for over GBP110 worth of goods from this online shop. I live in Jersey, GB where no VAT exists. I repeatedly advised them to make sure I was not charged VAT and if they would please confirm this by return.

To this day I have not had any reply or acknowledgement from this "shop" and never got the VAT refund. Their customer service was non-existent.

I hope this will make people think twice about spending their hard-earned cash with that "shop".
