Tracking sales - how do you do it?

Hey guys,

I'm very interested in how you all track your sales leads, your mileage (if you're on the road), and your time spent with clients.

Our software 1DayLater (http://1daylater.com) lets users track their time, money and mileage so this would be a great market for us. We have had lots of interest from consultants and the like already.

But I'd like to know what we are up against, and get some reviews of our software from some sales pro's among you if possible.

I seldom have to worry about mileage, since I work from home. I track my client time via Freshbooks. My leads... that's poorly neglected. I track most of them via email which is a terrible system, but I can't seem to find anything I like.
