Where to sell website

Hello
I have a website that was established 10 years ago. I am moving on to other projects and no longer have the time or motivation to continue this site and wish to sell it. It is about vacation accommodation, has PR2 (was PR4), steady traffic and steady income. Not an automated site but requires manual input. The site needs some updating.

I would appreciate advice on the best place for me to sell this and how I should calculate the price I ask. My thanks in advance for your input.
