I have seen a site advertising using .ws and encouraging others to also use .ws for a commission. It sounds interesting as i saw the other night on the BBC business programm that thier could soon be a .com crash.

Your thoughts please.

I think .eu's out and about now, and there's a .xxx on its way for ermm... adult interest. It's like what's happening with the tely, they're going to stop broadcasting on terrestrial soon, everyone's got to go digital. I'm sure .com can't be being phased out!

How do you mean .com crash? I cant see how .com's could possible be phased out, or why for that matter.

I'm not an IT buff its just something i watched. Is the .ws scheme worth doing? any opinions?

i am curious to know how there is a comission in .ws domains

if you could give me an idea of the offer you have seen.

as far as i was aware, .ws domains are simply an alternative domain extension that originated as a country specific extension like .tv or .fm

i have not seen any offers for making money from the extension other than selling them.

yes it is basically an MLM scheme for .ws domain names.

this will only make money for you if you take advantage in the right way.

either

put a link on your site encouraging people to buy a .ws domain name

or

actively promote and try to sell .ws domains
