I have an e-book that i really do think is good.
I would like to re-sell this e-book but do not want to spend money setting up a site. And i do not have or want to open an ebay account. Whats the best way to sell this e-book?
I do not want to start a business from this, just re-sell this one e-book as many times as i can. It has been of great help to me thats why.
Any ideas would be much appreciated

Andrew,
When you say 're-sell' do you mean you want to sell the resale rights i.e. the purchaser has the right to market the product and keep all the proceeds or are you looking for a way of selling the book on an affiliate / commision share basis?
One good UK-based ebook shop is Bookshaker - www.bookshaker.com - I have have two of my ebooks with them. They advertise the ebooks and take a %age of each sale.
I also sell ebooks - www.smallbusinesssuccess.biz/small_business_e-books.htm . If your ebook is small business focused I may be interested in featuring it. What's it about?
If you're not prepared to do a website for yourself then you are limiting your options to get value out of your work.

The e-book has a 28 step guide to making a million. Its a motivational e-book. It breaks the idea of making a million pounds into 28 small steps. Would you be interested in selling this with a profit share? Or something like that?

Andrew,
No, I tend not to feature these sort of 'get rich quick' books. However, as a giveaway on my site one of the free ebooks I offer is 'How to Double Your Way to One Million in 28 Steps' - www.smallbusinesssuccess.biz/free_small_business_e-books.htm
There are a number of sites offering this as a giveaway so you may struggle to justify a price tag. You may not be offering the same ebook but I guess it's on the same principle - start with a quid and double it each time until you reach one million.
This ebook and it's topic is not going to make you a million I'm afraid!

you would shift alot if you could back it up with people who have used the book and made a million.

Is selling ebooks good business then as i have looked on ebay and they are going like hot cakes! All for £1.99 or more, and people sell them over and over again, making alot from just one ebook. I suppose there are little startup costs to this. I have seen advertised something like 1000 ebooks for £40 where you can sell them on. Would something like that be worth while do you think?

I tried selling my ebook on eBay and it did sell, but ebooks are so cheap there that you won't make much from it, especially once you factor in listing fees etc.
I sell mine via my website, although I would be interested in selling through Amazon, as per Claire's suggestion - will need to check that out!
There are literally hundreds of websites which allow you to list your ebook for a percentage of the profit - try googling for "sell ebook" or similar and you should get a few results.

In the time before the internet we got a book called "How to get rich sooner than you think,"
Honestly, it is the basis of what we have done. The guy who sold it was really talking about how to sell more books similar to "..Rich sooner..," but we applied it to the internet and here we are, six years down the line, and considerably richer than yow.
The problem with most get rich schemes for many people is that you do actually have to put some work in. Most people would like to simply read the book and then have the money delivered, the hard work having been done learning to read when you were 8.

The '1000 ebooks' package is something to be wary of. The quality of the information is poor at best. They are usually thinly disguised sales tools - little information but packed full of links to other sites which are affiliate based. Inviarably they have been around the block a few times so the information can be outdated.
Sure, by buying packages like this you will no doubt make a few sales but what about developing a relationship with your client? Are they going to come back to you to buy more when they were disappointed with the first purchase? The real money is in the ongoing or 'backend' sales where your cost of recruiting that customer has already been covered.
There are loads of places where you can get ebooks and sell on an affiliate basis but you do need a website. You said you didn't wish to go down this route but this is where you can make some decent money (assuming you have a decent product or range of ebooks).
I get the impession from this and your other posts that you are looking to make a quick buck! It very rarely happens. Even selling ebooks takes up time - it's about building confidence with your clients that what you are selling is quality. I personally review all ebooks before I put them on my site to make sure the information is worth the price. Reputation is important to me. Reviewing usually means buying a copy first so there is cost involved.
Other posts have mentioned the possibilities in selling 'info products' and there are opportunities to make money online via this route but it's not any different from a bricks and mortar - you have to work at it.

Andrew - eBay really is your friend when it comes to items like this. With the amount of time you dedicate to this board you could have been up and selling on eBay!
