Hi,

I have a new free e-books website that specializes in how-to ebooks, guides, tutorials and free reports. It was built out of love for quality online freebies, with business opportunities in mind. A lot of time, money and efforts went into building the website and now I would like to see it in the leading spot it deserves.

I'm looking for a website manager who will handle the day to day content management and marketing activities. These responsibilities may include the following: (1) operating website as admin (2) using the tools already created to get users who submit ebooks and reviews to the site (3) adding admin content: ebooks, reviews, blog posts, updates (4) reporting technical bugs to me or to the developer working on the site (5) marketing and building traffic.

What I'm offering in return for your creativity, time and marketing expertise is a partnership model with revenue sharing.
You must have excellent communication skills, love to read and write, be a web savvy Internet user, have previous activity in social media such as on forums, blogs, twitter and other social network websites. If you have .NET coding experience or a design talent – that would be a big plus.

I will send the URL to interested candidates.

Thanks.

Given you have no business without this person's skills, perhaps you should offer them 95% revenue share and you keep the smaller portion?

Speaking from experience, that's a LOT of work for revenue sharing only. Hope you can find someone, but I'd think it would be hard to do.
