Complete and utter waste of time. Do-follow blogs get spammed to death which means the value of links is just about zero.

And it's a $99 dollar paid list.
If you want "dofollow" blogs then go to site like Digital Point or Google "dofollow search engine"
There's certainly no point in paying for a list like this

I could knock up one of these DOFOLLOW lists today, but I wouldn't place any of my clients links on any of them! ;)

So are you saying there is no value in links from page rank 7 blog pages or from .gov and .edu sites?

Nope, not at all. The site isn't PR7, probably one page is. The blog post itself will be a lot lower and the coments disredarded by the search engines simply because people are commenting just for ther links.
Note: I mention PR to explain a point - I place no value whatsoever on the Toolbar PR score

I said I can knock one of 'these' lists up today (note the emphasis on 'these'!).
If you think the list will be full of PR 7 .gov/.edu sites with dofollow enabled, then go for it :)
Oh, and to answer your question... no, that isn't what I am saying (or what I said).

My experience is high rank/.gov etc blog comment links still have massive value - I have achieved some search rankings in reasonably competitive markets solely on the strength of those links

Ok, i'll caveat this: most blog comments are a waste of time. Of course there will always be an exception but the sort of eople who grasp at do-follow blog lists are usually not the sort to write intelligent and relevant comments therefore their links will have zero value.

Maybe the link juice would be short lived as most comments will roll off the page withing a month or two, once this list gets circulated imagine how many other worthless posts there will be devauling the page even more
If you want to find some great uniqu blogs yourself try a few simple methods, just copy the below into google (make sure you have your own keyword in it and then see how many blogs you can find
" Keywords" "This site uses KeywordLuv"
" Keywords" "Enable CommentLuv"
" Keywords" "You can use these tags"
Plus many other variations
By supplimenting the keywords for your own you can find some good unique content of your own
As people above have said i could knock together a list of 30 do follow blogs all page rank 3-7 in a hour or 2 in most niche,
But link will only last as long as your comment does on the page and many will never be accepted and many will just roll of the page after so many comments.

And by definition - do follow blog lists, are spammed heavily - so are self defeating, because the owners react badly to mass spam..
"brute force seo" is that kind of concept....
There are some well respected PR7 .ac.uk sites which give cracking links, but thats key.
Being niche specific, and actually adding good stuff to the site. Which is not spam, and also with blogs, if you are contributing usefully - you sometimes get invited to write for the blog.
