Had another idea :D

Why not have a sticky thread, just for info..eg, business liability insuance has been posted a few times and there are that many posting now, it's hard to find the old ones, so you end up answering again an again on the same subject.

It's just an idea :D

If someone was to write a decent article on business liability insurance we could assess it with a view to making it sticky - else theres a search function and the bonus that people always get an up to date answer.

We need to find an insurance man now then

That was only an example though, it's like the BBC re-runs of, only fools and horse. You watch it once, but you have to go back for more

Good idea but I think this forum needs to avoid becoming a mere noticeboard and information becoming outdated and losing its purpose to 'interact'

What about an 'Ask Nora' forum, where people can ask questions and Jayne can answer! ;)

Wouldn't that be an "Ask Jayne" board ? :D .D

Personally just refer people to the business link on the Qs on "compulsary" insurance:

http://www.businesslink.gov.uk/bdotg/action/detail?type=RESOURCES&itemId=1074301656

(though it does disagree with handsongroup on public liability insurance)

Astaroth, not sure what you are referring to here. In previous posts I have stated that if you have contact with clients (etc) then you must have public liability insurance.

The above post was referring to a different point of whether the subject should be sticky.

VSHosting - No, it should be Ask Nora, because she is a Yorkshire lass!. By the way Jayne, I have a big jar of salt here :P
