Tends to be a contradiction in terms. It'll be about finding best value: the best price for the level of service you require.

The other key factor is do you need physical access once they are in place?

I would also recommend Rapidswitch. It's not bad (and I think they've recovered from their bad downtime last year) and features such as the free KVM access are incredibly useful.

I am about to buy a quarter-rack (10u) in a Midlands datacenter. I need about 5u for myself, but would obviously like to bring my own costs down.
