Hello :)

I know what my general target market is, but how can I find out information about specific aspects of that target market? Is it ok to contact a target company to ask certain questions? Are their government resources? Or websites with statistics etc.?

Thank you in advance. :)

The problem is , I am sure you know your target market, but sadly the reader of your post does not, so nobody can possibly advise..
are you b2b , b2c - what sector and customer profile?

Just trying to help..not criticise....more info needed.

You first divide your market into segments and then target only those segments which you think that you can target the best. This is actually the strategy of francewholesalers.com and they are getting really successful.

We have a training program for call centre staff to improve their attitude towards difficult customers.

Try market segmentation.
